Donated of HK$78,138.50On November 26, a devastating fire swept through Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, Hong Kong, leaving families without homes and belongings. The impact is severe, and both immediate and long-term support is urgently needed.
We are partnering with Hong Kong Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong—two organizations working tirelessly to help affected families:
- Hong Kong Red Cross is providing immediate relief, including emergency first aid, cash assistance, daily necessities, and psychological support. Hong Kong Red Cross will accept donations in support of the Tai Po appeal until December 10.
- Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong is focused on long-term recovery, helping families rebuild and restore safe housing through repair programs and community resilience initiatives.
How your donation helps:
Funds will be split evenly between these two charities to ensure both urgent and sustained support. For example, a $100 donation provides $50 toward emergency relief through Hong Kong Red Cross and $50 toward rebuilding homes with Habitat for Humanity.
Donations will be split evenly until December 10, after which all contributions will be directed to Habitat for Humanity due to a deadline set by Hong Kong Red Cross for immediate support.
