About this Giving Opportunity

Hi, I'm Eric Healey, a Regional Communications Advisor with Cenovus based in Lloydminster.

On September 27, I'll be taking part in the third annual Running for Shelter, a 5 km run supporting the Lloydminster Men's Shelter.

Will it be a personal best? I don't know. Let's hope.

What I do know is that every dollar raised will help support transitional housing initiatives that provide individuals with a safe place to stay while they work toward employment, financial stability, recovery, and long-term housing.

What is transitional housing

Transitional housing serves as a bridge between homelessness and independent living, helping people build stability, regain independence, and create a path toward a brighter future.
